Raja Yoga

The word, ‘yoga’ means ‘connection’ [of the soul to the Supreme Soul’].  The aim of this teaching is to enable one to get rid one’s self of any attachment to the body and objects of all bodily senses, and also to all worldly relationships, and thereby, to stabilize one-self in the remembrance of the soul and the Father of all souls, i.e., the Supreme Soul. this mental renunciation of the wide world, this yoga leads us to unlimited achievements, which mean ‘sovereignty of the whole world. Stability in the Soul-consciousness and God-consciousness will bring peace and bliss to the soul. By this means, all the latencies, i.e., Samskaras of vicious actions of the past lives will be destroyed because intellectual communion with God is like fire. Yoga washes off all dirt from the soul; bathing in the Ganges or other rivers can remove the dirt of the body only. Without Yoga, the soul that is fallen cannot be purified.

Yoga is the only true ‘Satsang’ because, by it alone, the soul gets into link or association with God, who is the truth. By dint of Yoga, man controls his otherwise fickle sense organs and overcomes the diverse, vile thoughts and thus defeats Mãyã[evil]. Yoga has such great force that, under its influence, even the elements of Nature are brought to Satoguna and the right path, and peace is established in the world. Hence, one should grasp the essence of this Godly Knowledge and become a Yogi, because by means of yoga, the soul gets immense joy of an extraordinary kind from its union with the Supreme Soul.

Introduction

The God Shiva is The Supreme Soul. He does not have a body. He comes to the earth at the end of 5000 years to establish Golden Age and put an end to the Iron Age. It is by teaching Godly knowledge and easy Raj Yoga that God creates or establishes the Golden Age or new, viceless order. The act of ‘Creation’ does not mean constructing something out of nothing but it means the moral reconstruction of mankind or the re-establishment of the ancient-most Deity Religion. God Shiva gives the Divine name ‘Prajapita Brahma’ to the person in whose body He descends. Those who obtain God’s knowledge as revealed through the mouth of this man, Brahma, are called ‘Brahmins’. God Shiva, the Supreme Father, is doing as well as getting this work done now through the medium of human body Brahma and the Brahmins.

The world cycle consists of 5000 years and 4 stages of 1250 years each. The stages are Golden age, Silver age, Copper age and Iron age. In Golden age there is only happiness and no sorrow, no suffering. The level of happiness goes on decreasing as the time passes and by Iron age no happiness remains. The world becomes vicious at the end of Iron age and then The God comes down from Paramdhama to put an end to the sufferings and establish Golden age once again. The time when God does this act of creation is called the ‘SangamYuga' i.e., the period of confluence of the ending phase of Iron Age  (Kaliyuga) and the starting phase of Golden Age (Satyuga). Presently, we are in Sangamyug. God Shiva has descended on earth and has been teaching the ancient Raja yoga. His elevated versions are called shrimat. God is sermonising Gita once again in this kalpa during this Sangamyug. In addition to performing the act of establishment of the new world order (called Satyuga) through Prajapita Brahma and the act of ending the old world order (called Kaliyuga) through the deity Shankara, i.e.in addition to the acts of bestowing Fruition (Jeevan Mukti) and Liberation (Mukti) on mankind, God-Father Shiva gets the act of Sustenance or governance of the world of Golden-Age and Silver-Age done through Vishnu.

If a man meditates on God Shiva regarding Him as the Selfluminous Father who is of the form of a point of Divine Light and who abides in Paramdham, he attains unprecedented purity, peace and bliss and spiritual might.

You will be amazed to know this! Whatever you are doing now, you will be doing the same thing exactly after 5000 years. You will be seeing the same faces exactly after 5000 years. The Kalpa repeats by every second :)
